At Designs By Sapsee, we take care to ensure your jewellery reaches you beautifully presented and safely packaged.
Delivery
We offer standard delivery Australia-wide. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our Melbourne studio.
Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $150 within Australia.
Other Orders
For orders under $150, shipping costs will be advised at the time of purchase or during checkout where applicable.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or prepared with care, dispatch timing may vary. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Studio Collection
If you'd prefer to collect your order in person, you're welcome to arrange collection from our private studio in Lyndhurst, Melbourne. Please book an appointment to ensure someone is available to assist you.
