Studio Appointments
Our private studio in Lyndhurst, Melbourne is available by appointment for personal styling sessions, bridal consultations, and viewing our collection in person.
What to expect

Booking
You can book via our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.
Rescheduling
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your time to another client. We understand life happens — there's no penalty for rescheduling.
Virtual Consultations
If you're interstate or unable to visit in person, we offer virtual consultations via video call. This is a great option for bridal clients, custom enquiries, or anyone who'd like personalised guidance from afar.

One-of-a-Kind & Limited Pieces
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. If you see something you love, we recommend reaching out promptly to confirm availability.
Reservations
In some cases, we may be able to hold a piece for a short period while you decide. Reservations are confirmed once a deposit or payment is received.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
We love bringing custom designs to life. Whether you have a specific vision or would like guidance, we'll work closely with you to create something meaningful.
How it works
1. Consultation
We begin with a conversation — in studio or virtually — to understand your vision, preferences, and any inspiration you'd like to share.
2. Design & Quote
Based on our discussion, we'll provide a design direction and pricing estimate.
3. Deposit
A deposit is typically required to commence work on custom pieces. The amount may vary depending on the nature of the order and materials involved. Deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins, as materials are sourced specifically for your piece.
4. Creation
Your piece is handcrafted with care. Lead times vary depending on the design complexity, and we'll provide an estimate at the time of your order. Please note these are indicative timeframes and may shift slightly.
5. Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection. We'll notify you once your piece is ready.
Bridal Orders
For bridal jewellery, we recommend allowing plenty of time — ideally 3 months or more, and earlier where possible for custom or multi-event bridal styling. This ensures a relaxed process with room for fittings, adjustments, or custom elements. If you're working to a tighter timeline, please let us know and we'll advise what's possible.
Deposits & Payments
- Deposits may be required for custom work, reservations, or made-to-order pieces
- Deposit amounts and terms will be confirmed at the time of your order
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been sourced
- If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full
Changes & Cancellations
Before production begins
Minor changes to your order may be possible. Please contact us as early as possible if you'd like to make adjustments.
Once production has started
As custom pieces are made specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once work is underway. We'll always try to find a reasonable solution if circumstances change.
Handcrafted Variation
Our jewellery is handcrafted, and slight variations in finish, tone, or detail are a natural part of the process. These characteristics reflect the artistry of each piece and are not considered faults.
Your Rights
Custom and made-to-order items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected. If a piece is faulty or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
