Damaged Goods Return:
If you receive damaged or defective jewellery, we are here to help. We provide a hassle-free process for returning damaged goods, accompanied by proof of the damage. To be eligible for a refund due to damage, follow these steps:

  • Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video as you receive your parcel. Ensure the outer shipping packaging is shown, and clearly demonstrate the unsealing process.
  • Notify Us: Within 12 hours of parcel delivery, notify us of the damage by emailing us at support@sapsee.online or calling us at +61423271854. Attach the unboxing video as evidence of the damage.
  • Assessment: Our team will review the provided evidence and assess the reported damage. NO assessment will be initiated if you do not attach the unboxing video as evidence of the pre existing damage.
  • Refund Process: If the damage is verified, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Change of Mind Returns:
Please note that we DO NOT offer change-of-mind returns. As our jewellery is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction from the moment of purchase. Kindly consider your choice carefully before placing an order.


Refund Amount:
The refund amount will include the price of the damaged product and applicable taxes. Shipping charges and any other associated costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timeframe:
Once the verification of the damage is complete and the refund is approved, you can expect the refund to be processed within 5 - 10 days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times may vary based on payment providers.
